Full job description: Graphic Designer - Video Editor

Zoni Graphic and Video Designers are skilled artists and creative professionals who develop compelling visual concepts, interpreting the world around them through color, texture, images, symbols, and motion. They are essential to our organization's creative process, specializing in various aspects of design and video editing, including advertising, digital design, illustrations, branding, and multimedia content creation. With a keen eye for contemporary aesthetics, they enhance the Marketing department's projects and significantly boost Zoni's brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Position Overview:

Develop and execute a wide range of marketing materials from initial concept to final product, including print, web graphics, social media creatives, banners, animations, digital ads, and signage.
Generate design works following established guidelines or based on existing artwork.
Collaborate on materials for both in-person and virtual events.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all prepared materials.
Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Work collaboratively with team members in the development of designs for a variety of delivery methods, including digital and print media.
Create compelling videos that narrate engaging stories and effectively highlight our products or services.
Handle print design projects to ensure that all printed materials adhere to high-quality standards.
Work with the development team to produce intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs, utilizing tools like Figma.
Craft striking graphics and visuals for diverse social media platforms.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to deliver top-notch design and video content.
Ensure consistency of the brand across all design assets.
Keep abreast of the latest design trends and tools to continuously enhance our design workflows.
Manage various projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within set deadlines.

In-person

AA or BA/BS degree (preferred)
At least 1-2 years experience in graphic design, working in a creative agency or corporate environment
Experience with video/motion is a plus
Fluency in latest graphic design techniques and software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Micros
Well-organized
Highly flexible and collaborative working extensively with other teams
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
